Tools area, Where the new tools are inspected and storage. The single-cavity or multi cavity
tools are repaired and maintained in house before use. Most of the single-cavity or
multi cavity tools are made from the professional tools maker across all over India.
Spectro Analysis
All the metals are inspected with Spectrometer to get the specified chemical properties of
metals. We use state of the art German technology spectrometer for avail better results.
Mechanical Testing
In house Mechanical Testing like UTM test, Impect test, Hardness Test, Die Penetration Test,
Pressure Test and Magnetic Particle test.
